Barathym de la Garrigue d’Aumelas 2022

This blend of Grenache Noir and Carignan is vinified with three weeks on the skins and then rested for eight months. Nicely balanced, it delivers bountiful ripe, red fruit and wild herbs. Pour with chicken or veal blanquette accompanied by roast potatoes with thyme.
