This wine was fermented using partially dried grapes. Drying prior to fermentation concentrates sugars and flavour components within the grape, imparting additional colour, flavour and body to the final wine. This example will offer intense red and black cherry framed by vanilla and sweet spices, with a smooth, silky mouthfeel.
