Bell’Assai 2023

Bell’Assai is a Sicilian red made with Frappato grapes, fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. Floral aromas of lavender and roses are followed by notes of strawberry and cherry. The palate is fruity and fresh with soft tannins and a pleasant mouthfeel. Try it slightly chilled with salami, vegetables or salmon.
