Bien Nacido Estate LXXIII Pinot Noir 2016

This is a Pinot Noir that touches on all of the grape’s dynamic aspects, from fruit and spice to game and earth. Aromas of dark red cherry, light red flowers, wild herbs and raw meat are at once familiar and exotic. The palate presents cranberry and roasted pork, cracked pepper and fascinating chaparral spice, all seamlessly integrated and leading into an even gamier finish. Score – 97.
