Black Sage Cabernet Franc 2020

The Black Sage Vineyard is situated on the eastern side of the Okanagan Valley. The Cabernet Franc for the 2020 was fermented in stainless steel for 10 days before pressing and barrel ageing in French and American oak for up to 16 months.
