Beginning in 2007, they invested heavily in technologies to support a micro-winemaking approach focused on producing high-quality small-batch wines. This Cabernet is rich and ripe, with bountiful black cherry, berry, dark chocolate, oak spice and toast. A wine for burgers, or hearty beef or veggie stews.
