Hand-picked grapes are carefully selected from small vineyards in the Wachau Valley. It is matured in large wooden casks to achieve balance and rounding of tannins. Fruit-driven aromas of cherry and blackberry are accompanied by earthy notes with hints of spice. Enjoy it paired with pasta and light beef dishes.
