Board Track Racer Chief Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Petit Verdot in support. It shows excellent Cabernet cassis character, with ripe dark fruit, black plum, dark cherry, baking spice, vanilla, black pepper, tobacco and oak notes. A wine with the potential to cellar through the end of the decade.
