Aromas and flavors of chocolate covered espresso bean, apricot marmalade, smoked nuts and bacon, and alpine herb lozenge with a supple, bright, fruity medium-to-full body and a smooth, interesting, medium-long finish with notes of vanilla almond milk, nut brittle, cranberry relish, and caramelized mushrooms with well-integrated, fine tannins. A deft and extroverted combination of spicy, herbal, fruit, and roasted flavors make this a toothsome Cabernet choice for a hearty, globetrotting tasting menu. Exceptional. Score – 92.
