Fresh and complex, this Cotes-du-Rhone red is made with Grenache and Syrah grapes. Anticipate aromas and flavours of black cherries with licorice, pepper, herbal and floral notes. The palate is elegant with generous fruit, notes of licorice and fine tannins. Pair it with grilled meats and beef or lamb cassoulet.
