Bruno Giacosa Asili Barbaresco 2022

This shows a lovely depth of berries, chocolate and cedar. Medium-bodied, racy and pretty. A little timid now, but should turn out like the 2020 with a little more structure. Needs three or four years of bottle age. Score – 96. (jamessuckling.com, Jan. 30, 2025)
