Cabernet Sauvignon Birds Eye View Project Wine 2021

You know that Cabernet from McLaren Vale is going to have plenty in the middle palate. Sure, it’s medium bodied but the palate packs generous full flavours with a spicy dark chocolate and plummy character underpinning the deep blackcurrant varietal notes.
