Cafayate Terroir De Altura Malbec Salta 2022

Another of Etchart’s very good and fruity malbecs, this includes 10% bonarda to give it even more fruit. Made with 10% stems in the fermentation, it has a good network of tannins that pierce the palate and call for meat. Aging lasted 10 months, but all in used oak to help shape those tannins.
