This meaty, spicy Syrah is made from fruit sourced exclusively from Caliterra’s estate plantings. It has powerful aromas of blackberry, smoked meat, cumin and camphor, with prominent black fruit and a mineral tinge. It will pair nicely with a spiced rack of lamb.
