Carpineto Gran Selezione Chianti Classico 2020

A dark but transparent magenta, the 2020 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is loaded with aromas of lavender, blackberry, toasted cedar, and crushed stones. Full-bodied, it’s juicy but light on its feet for this warm vintage, with plush tannins, a rounded, fresh mid-palate, and delicate, savory earth notes on the clean finish.
