Casas del Bosque Pequeñas Syrah 2021

The 2021 Syrah Pequeñas Producciones is made with grapes from different parcels on the Casablanca estate and was aged for 12 months in 15% new French barrels. Intense purple in color. The nose presents black pepper and bacon aromas over a complex balsamic layer with hints of bay leaf and mild cigar box notes. Smooth with a silky flow, this is a ripe red enlivened by juicy, finely grained tannins before the cleansing finish. Will grow in the bottle. Drinking window: 2023-2036. Score – 92.
