Casas del Toqui Limited Edition Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Casas del Toqui’s great heritage is its old cabernet sauvignon vines planted on the alluvial soils at the winery’s property in 1943. They use this material to produce this fine-nosed cabernet full of fruit with herbal touches and spice notes. But the palate is where the action really is. The tannins are the fine, sharp, tongue-prickling needles found in all of Toqui’s cabernets, along with the herbal finish, the red fruits, the sensation of tension and energy.
