Castelforte Valpolicella Ripasso 2020

Valpolicella Ripasso wines are re-passed (i.e., undergo a second fermentation) on Amarone skins, adding richness and complexity. This one sees longer skin contact than most and is both elegant and charming, with layers of ripe red berries, cherry, spice and oak.
