Castillo de Almansa Old Vines Selección 2017

Dense colour tinged with ruby. Very empyreumatic, open nose with notes of incense, liquorice and mint. The palate is extremely soft and offers up more of the same open aromatics. The finish shows a measure of firmness. Uncork for roast meats. Score – 90. (gilbertgaillard.com, 2022)
