Cathedral Cellar Triptych 2016

The three legs of the Triptych, as it were, are terroir, vintage and winemaker, according to Wim Truter. Made with five Bordeaux and Rhône varieties, this Western Cape cuvée is youthful, oaky and structured, with lots of dark berry fruit, liquorice and Asian spices and the structure and intensity to age.
