Cathedral Cellar Triptych 2022

As its name suggests, Triptych is a three-way assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Petit Verdot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Produced as a Bordeaux-style blend for the first time, it has scented 35% new wood, enticing dark chocolate, bramble and blackcurrant leaf flavours and impressive backbone for a wine at this price.
