Cave de Saint Désirat Septentrio 2021

‘Septentrio’ is Latin for ‘north’; a classical name for a classically styled Saint-Joseph Syrah. This wine is concentrated and ripe, with excellent depth and character, roasted dark fruit, oak spice, vanilla, and a long, svelte finish.
