Château Bélair 1er Cru 2000

The 2000 vintage was one of the best in recent memory, boasting red wines that are impressive, lavish and durable. Colder conditions in the spring changed to intense amounts of sunshine in the summer, resulting in wines with deep, rich flavours and concentrated tannins that are built for the long haul. Expect flavours of blueberry, fig, black pepper, sage and sandalwood, with a hint of molasses on the extended finish.
