Château Breillan 2018

Château Breillan is a specialized ‘teaching estate’ for the Blanquefort viticulture and oenology school. This wine is Merlot and Cabernet Franc sourced from gravel and calcareous clay soils. It’s broad and concentrated, with nicely outlined blackcurrant, dark fruit and oak spice and an attractive, easy-to-enjoy character. A real value at this price, it will be great with a winter stew.
