Château Dalem 2021

The 2021 Dalem, now benefiting from the consulting nous of Eric Boissenot, has a lovely bouquet, quite refined and poised, featuring blackberry, wild hedgerow and light violet scents. The balanced palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and assiduously integrated oak. It fans out generously on the finish. Classy Fronsac. Score – 91-93. (Neal Martin, vinous.com)
