This wine was aged in an 80/20 mix of stainless steel and oak for one year. It’s fresh and nimble, with blackcurrant, black raspberry, cherry and strawberry. The oaked portion introduces refined toast and oak spice. Meant for enjoying in its youth, it will continue to develop through 2028.
