This is always a complex, focused, value-priced wine, with plenty of ripe dark fruit, red berry, spice, mocha, and brambly herbal notes. A classic blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, it’s built for meaty stews, grilled ribs, or a vegan mushroom stroganoff. It will continue to develop for another 3+ years.
