One of the best in this tasting. Silky and rich, with aromatic black fruits and a complex layering of cut herbs, liquorice and sweet spices. Restrained elegance without putting a foot wrong in terms of its silky soft tannic hold and appealing saline finish. Brilliant. 50% new oak. Stéphane Toutoundji consults. Drinking window: 2024-2044.
