Château Laffitte Carcasset 2022

The 2022 Laffitte-Carcasset is gorgeous. Layered and expressive, the 2022 is perhaps the best recent vintage I can remember tasting. All the elements are so well balanced in this earthy, savory Saint-Estèphe. Dried flowers, herbs, menthol and scorched earth linger. Drinking window: 2028-2042. (Antonio Galloni,vinous.com)
