It shows a touch of the riper, sexy style of the vintage, yet still stays tight and compact on the palate, with full-bodied richness, fine yet building tannins, flawless balance, and a great finish. Not far off the style of the 2009, this is going to be approachable with just 4-6 years of bottle age and will have 40 years of longevity. Maturity: 2027-2069. Score – 98+.
