This wine presents juicy plums, pomegranate juice, fresh apples and green pears complemented by white flowers, violets, wild mint and freshly turned earth on the nose. The palate reflects these aromas with added intensity of thyme, leading to a stone and saline finish. Well balanced by acidity, it’s ready to enjoy.
