Château Tanesse 2018

Brought up in one-third new French oak, the 2020 Château Tanesse is medium to full-bodied, has a beautifully polished, elegant mouthfeel, and classic notes of darker raspberries, currants, spicy wood, and tobacco. Based on 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc, it’s an outstanding Cadillac that should have 10-12 years or so. Maturity: 2023-2035. (jebdunnuck.com,Aug. 2, 2023)
