Château Tour des Termes 2021

The 2021 Tour des Termes has an earthy, tobacco-scented bouquet that needs a bit more fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, building nicely on the midpalate and delivering a fresh, oyster-shell-tinged finish. This is a fine Saint-Estèphe that should age well in bottle.
