A welcome addition to this elegantly framed red wine range from Fernando Espina, Guillermo is a deftly judged cuvée of Carmenère with 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Textured, perfumed and refreshing, it has granular tannins, blackcurrant leaf, plum and capsicum flavours and adroitly handled oak. Drink date: 2023-2030. Score – 93.
