I like the earthy black fruit and hints of dried tobacco on the nose, which also give intense flavor on the dense and compact, medium-bodied palate. But then the very fine tannins unexpectedly flex enough muscle to snuff out the fruit prematurely, at least for now. Should even out with time. Try from 2023.
