Cloudsley Cellars Twenty Mile Bench Pinot Noir 2019

An elegant, varietally well-defined pinot noir, bright with lofty, volumizing tannins. Characterful with delicate tannins, offering flavours of crancherry, tilled earth, and dried sage with nicely curbed acidity. Light to mid-weight with more depth of flavour than expected. A solid value that is an absolute pleasure to drink now but with the stuffing for mid-term aging. Tasted September 2023. Score – 91. (Sara d’Amato, winealign.com)
