It’s an expressive, balanced, engaging red loaded with ripe red fruit, cherry, savoury herbs, oak spice, chocolate and pepper tones. It will be great tonight with grilled pork, lamb or hard cheeses but has the quality to continue evolving for another 6-8 years.
