Coppi Senatore Primitivo 2020

This wine is dedicated to Coppi’s original proprietor and winemaker, Antonio Michele Coppi, who scoured the region of Murgia dei Trulli to find the best soils to plant Primitivo. The clay and chalky soils of the vineyard from which this wine was sourced impart a mineral-tinged character, balancing the jammy red plum and blueberry flavours accented by hints of cinnamon, licorice, and black pepper.
