Cornerfield Cabernet Merlot VQA 2018

This wine is 69% Cabernet Franc, 22% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Petit Verdot. Cornerfield is in the village of Bayfield on the shores of Lake Huron and has been used for agriculture for over 175 years. The nutrient-rich soil and cooling lake breezes keep the delicate acidity of the grapes in balance, making for a supple red with flavours of redcurrant, rhubarb and coffee.
