Not too much oak here, which is nice, just a little coffee and spice, chocolate, mint/liquorice, black fruit, black cherry. It’s medium-bodied, fine powdery tannin, plenty of flavour packed in, pulls a little grainy on the finish, but feels even and delivers a good glass of Barossa at a pretty fair price. Drink: 2020-2025. Score – 91. (Gary Walsh, winefront.com.au, Nov. 3, 2020)
