Couly-Dutheil Clos De L’Echo Chinon Cabernet Franc AOC 2018

Deep black cherry colour. The nose is delicate yet powerful, with dark fruits, blackcurrants, licorice and spices. A full-bodied wine that offers a fabulous mid-palate concentration, delicate tannins and a long finish. Pairs perfectly with meats in red wine or mushroom sauces, beef, rack of lamb and cheeses.
