Domaine Albin Jacumin La Bégude des Papes Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2022

A blend of 70% Grenache Noir, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre sourced from vines planted on the southern sector of the appellation on sandy, calcareous and galets roulés soils, the 2022 Chateauneuf du Pape La Begude des Papes reveals a floral, spicy bouquet of rose, dark cherries, licorice, bay leaf and dark wild berries. Medium to full-bodied, enrobing and fleshy, it’s layered and structured with velvety tannins, bright acids and a long, penetrating finish.
