Domaine Chanson Père & Fils Clos des Fèves Monopole Beaune 1er Cru 2019

Hints of brandied cherries and crushed graphite accent piercing blackberry and raspberry in this full-bodied and ripe yet stately wine. Sourced from one of Chanson’s monopole vineyards, it’s pure in black-fruit flavors yet doesn’t shy away from savory complexities of minty green herbs and charred earth.
