Peppery herbs, leather, graphite, and some chocolaty notes all emerge from Chante-Perdrix’s 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape, a medium to full-bodied, mouth-filling, round, nicely concentrated 2022 that shows the stunning, perfumed, complex style of the vintage beautifully. Based on 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre, and 5% Muscardin, it’s well worth having in the cellar and will drink nicely over the coming decade. Maturity: 2024-2034.
