Domaine de Carobelle Vacqueyras 2021

Only a stone’s throw (or rather, a galet’s throw) from the famed Châteauneuf-du-Pape region, Vacqueyras is slightly higher in elevation and produces wines with more elegance and subtlety. This blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault shows hints of blueberry, redcurrant, lavender, and green pepper over the earthy hints of underbrush that are indicative of southern Rhône.
