Pretty, even elegant, aromas include those of raspberry, red cherry, violet and just enough wood influence to merit pointing out. The delicious and vibrant flavors possess an even finer mouthfeel though not the same density on the lingering, dusty and ever-so-mildly edgy finish. My projected range offers the benefit of the doubt that the edginess will round out as it appears to be caused by the elevated level of gas (CO2). Drink: 2029+. Score – 89-92.
