Domaine de la Terre Rouge Sentinel Oak Vineyard Pyramid Block Syrah 2015

A wild funky streak of grilled herbs and dried meat adds intrigue to this deep-colored, rich-textured wine even before a taste of the ripe blueberry, espresso and clove flavors that are saturated with an appealing earthiness. The texture is broad and viscous on the palate, drenching the tongue with ripe fruit and encouraging a lengthy finish. Best after 2022. Cellar Selection. Score – 94.
