Domaine de Montille Les Cras Pommard 2022

One third whole bunch vinification. The rest is destemmed to avoid it being too tannic. Glowing red with some depth. There is an explosion of vibrant raspberry fruit with a little strawberry and white pepper. So much energy to the fruit here, the right acidity and very good length. Bravo.
