The Dufouleur family has been growing grapes in Burgundy since 1596, and this excellent-value wine is a nice testament to 16 generations of effort from this talented family. It’s ripe and balanced, with red fruit, savoury herbs, earth and mineral notes, and a food-friendly spine of acidity. An engaging, charming expression that should be enjoyed 3-6 years from vintage.
