This wine was aged for 10 months in Burgundy oak, 40% of which was new. It has excellent balance and harmony, with well-defined, pure cherry, blackberry, earth and toast, plus a touch of licorice on the close. Perfect for roast meats, it will evolve into the mid-2030s.
